Shipping Policy
Thank you for purchasing Sam from Quo Labs, Inc. We want to get Sam to your loved one as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via standard ground shipping. Estimated delivery time is 2-6 weeks after processing. Shipping is free.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're interested in international availability, please contact us at audrey@quolabs.ai.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting the carrier's website or contacting us at audrey@quolabs.ai.
Shipping to a Different Address
Buying Sam as a gift for a parent or grandparent? No problem — simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We can also include a personalized gift note upon request.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at audrey@quolabs.ai. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Sam device.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before the order ships.
