As much data as possible is processed locally, so it never leaves your home. All your data is encrypted and we never store or see it. Last but not least, Sam has real-time calling and messaging, so you can talk to your senior straight through Sam, removing the hassle of technology for your loved one and bringing the family together. This is a beta version of Sam, but we're a small team that moves fast. If you want a feature added, we can usually ship it within the week.

Is Sam easy to use?

No screens, no apps, no buttons. We built this to make technology easy for our grandparents to use. All you need to do is talk to Sam, and Sam will respond!

Is Sam a medical or clinical device?

No, Sam is not a medical or clinical device. Sam will not diagnose medical conditions, nor will Sam act in place of a therapist or doctor. While Sam does provide valuable insight into your loved one's general wellness and trends over time based on non-medical, non-clinical analysis, your family should not refer exclusively to Sam for evaluating your senior's physical or mental condition, as that is not Sam's role. Sam's role is to bring you more awareness of your loved one while bringing the family together.
